The newly refurbished bedroom known as ‘Bilsdale’ was occupied by Bed and Breakfast guests for the first time at the end of February.
Combined with the adjacent room it enjoys two large windows giving views down the village and to the North York Moors beyond. The antique Victorian mahogany furniture, Sanderson fabrics, cast iron radiators and Farrow and Ball décor seem to combine well to create a room that we hope that hotel guests at the Duke of Wellington Inn, Danby will enjoy for years to come.
