Rooms

The Duke of Wellington Inn, Danby has eight rooms to accommodate Bed and Breakfast guests. The rooms are all on the first floor and several enjoy fine views over the North York Moors and Danby Dale. Each room has an en-suite bath/shower room, central heating, LCD flat-screen television and tea & coffee making facilities. Round-the-clock ground floor access is available to our guests at the rear of the building. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed in two of the rooms at a charge of £15 per night.

Double Rooms

The double rooms have all been individually decorated, are centrally heated and equipped with LED flat screen televisions, Roberts digital radios and tea and coffee making facilities.

Three of our double rooms have baths (with a shower over) and the fourth has a walk-in shower. Bathrooms are furnished with Duck Island toiletries and fresh towels are provided when the rooms are serviced daily.

Cosy Double Rooms

These rooms have all been individually decorated, are centrally heated and equipped with LED flat screen televisions, Roberts digital radios and tea and coffee making facilities.

Our cosy double rooms have baths with a shower over. Bathrooms are furnished with Duck Island toiletries and fresh towels are provided when the rooms are serviced daily.

Twin Room

Our twin room has a standard double and a single bed. It is centrally heated and equipped with a LED flat screen television, Roberts digital radio and tea and coffee making facilities.

The bathroom has a bath (with a shower over) and is furnished with Duck Island toiletries and fresh towels are provided when the room is serviced daily.

Single Room

Our single room is centrally heated, equipped with an LED flat screen television, Roberts digital radio and tea and coffee making facilities. This room has a single bed.

Guest Sitting Room

Hotel Bed and Breakfast guests at the Duke of Wellington Inn, Danby have the use of a small comfortable first floor sitting room with arm chairs and a writing desk. The bookshelves house a collection of books and guides on the local area and a number of board games.

Pet Policy

We can accommodate up to two well-behaved dogs in two of our double rooms with prior notice (and subject to availability) for an extra charge of £15 per night. Dogs can accompany their owners for drinks and meals in our main bar and at breakfast.
